REFUNDS & RETURNS
We have a 14 day good will policy of your purchase, send us an email at email@example.com or phone on 02 6662 7885 and we will be able to help with your enquiry.
We are more than happy to exchange your product for another size or style if the product that we receive back has the tags attached and hasn't been used in any way.
All returns must have a sales receipt attached with the returned item. If you can't find anything to exchange it for, we can give you a gift card to the same value to use later.
As for refunds, we will gladly refund you if it’s not what you ordered. Please be certain a product is what you would like when you place your order as we don't offer refunds for change of mind.
Please note. We understand that products might have been worn prior to discovering a fault with it. Please ensure that clothing has been washed and footwear cleaned before returning it to us.
Shipping costs will not be included in your refund or exchange.
Please note your product/s may need to be sent to the manufacturer to be assessed before a decision can be made regarding an exchange, repair or refund. In the event this happens, one our sales team will stay in touch throughout the process.
